The Business Acceleration Program is hosted by 3 instructors. The Chief Trainer is Andy Cheng, who covers the entire Business Formation and some parts of the Business Model component. The trainer for Private Condos and New Launches, which are under Business Model is covered Connie Fung. Lastly, the trainer for Commercial and Industrial properties that is part of the Business Model component is covered by Willie Ong, who will share with realtors on how to market commercial and industrial properties seamlessly, avoid pitfalls and manage rejections.

After 1 full year of hard studying, I’ve finally passed my RES exams in Jul ’23 and I was looking for a manager to join within the Propnex Company. I first saw Andy Cheng from his Facebook post and also seen a few other managers on FB as well.

From day 1 after joining the Andy Cheng division, I must say it’s an extremely good decision as I’ve closed my HDB deal within the first month and he even assisted in my OTP process because I was overseas during the closing deadline. With Andy’s guidance and support, I’ve also managed to achieve $100k within 6 months of joining the real estate industry which for me is a very good achievement personally.
